WILL MY STONES MATCH THE PICTURES ON THE WEBSITE EXACTLY?

The stones we use are natural, which makes them unique and color varies from stone to stone. Please let us know if you have any special requests when it comes to the color of your stones- we cannot guarantee an exact match to the stones photographed, we'll do our best to make sure you love your piece.

WHERE CAN I BUY YOUR JEWELRY IN PERSON?

Please find a list of our stockists here! We also do several pop up events, so make sure you're on our mailing list or follow us on IG.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY JEWELRY IS DAMAGED?

We are happy to repair or replace defective items that have been subject to normal wear and tear within the first 60 days of receiving.

We're also happy to assist with repairs outside of that timeframe or due to customer neglect or misuse, but may require a small fee.

Our beaded items are strung on silk and do need regular maintenance. When worn frequently, it is normal for them to need restringing 1-2x a year. We're happy to assist with any restringing needs, please email us to purchase this service.

WHAT IS MY RING SIZE?

If you do not know your ring size, we think the most accurate method is to have your finger sized by a local jeweler and to request your US ring size. Ring size is personal, so we cannot be responsible for determining your ring size.

ARE YOU ABLE TO RUSH MY ORDER?

We do not provide a standard rush service, but email us and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

DO YOU GIFT WRAP?

Each piece of our jewelry is thoughtfully packaged when shipping. If the gift is a surprise, let us know and we'll make sure no branding appears on the shipment so it stays top secret up until the last minute!

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN "PRE-ORDER" VS. ALL OTHER AVAILABLE ITEMS?

If an item is available for “PRE-ORDER,” this means that we normally have it in stock but it is currently sold out. The item will be made for your order and will still be eligible for return, exchange, or store credit, provided it meets the criteria specified in our return policy.
