Shipping policy

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and packed within 48 hours of order placement. You will receive tracking information when your order has been dispatched from our shipping carrier.

Domestic (Continental US):

UPS Ground: $11 USD - 3 to 7 business days in transit

UPS 2nd day air: $35 USD - 48 hours in transit (free for orders over $850 USD)

A signature is automatically required for orders over $500 USD.

If you wish to request a signature for an order under $500 USD, please leave a note in the Special Note box at checkout.

International Shipping:

Customs: Duties & Taxes

Duties are fees imposed by customs authorities on imported merchandise. The fees are based on the value and weight of the international shipment and are established by the local authorities.

Studio IELL does NOT charge taxes for international orders at checkout. Customers are responsible for paying any local taxes and duties upon receiving, for which Studio IELL cannot accept liability. 

Please note that your local customs agency may hold orders until duties, taxes, and fees are paid, resulting in a delay in delivery. The refusal of payment of such fees causes a complete cancellation of the order.

If the receiver refuses shipment and the package is returned to Studio IELL, the refund will have the shipping fee ($48 USD) and a $25 USD Return to Sender fee deducted from the receiver's refund.

Sale & Holiday Shipping

Due to the high number of orders during our annual sales, processing times are longer than normal. Orders will be shipped within 2 - 5 days of order placement.

Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns & ExchangesReturns and exchanges are processed up to 10 days after the item is received. All returns need to be shipped back to us within 5 business days of receiving the return label.

Insurance:

All orders by default include Route shipping insurance, which is added to your cart at checkout for 3.7% of your order value. This will cover your package against loss, theft, or damage. We strongly recommend this option, especially for orders valued over $500. If you would prefer to opt out of coverage, you can do so via the toggle button at the bottom of the cart side bar.

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged and you did not protect it with Route, we will do everything we can to assist you, however, we are no longer responsible for packages once they are in transit.
